B. Performance & Edge Delivery Cookies
- Sucuri WAF Edge Cookies (`sucuri_cloudproxy_*`): Used by our Web Application Firewall to distinguish legitimate visitors from malicious automated bot attacks and maintain DDoS mitigation.
- Asset Cache Verification: Ensures that your browser downloads updated production portfolio video thumbnails and styles without reloading redundant media.
C. First-Party Telemetry & Analytics
- We track non-identifiable usage patterns (such as page view transitions, session duration, and anonymous funnel completion steps) to understand which audiovisual services and portfolio reels are most engaging.
- No Third-Party Ad Retargeting: GoodAV does not sell your browsing activity to third-party data brokers or behavioral advertising networks.
3. Speech Recognition & Voice Storage
When using speech-to-text dictation in the GoodAV AI Concierge:
- Voice processing is executed in real-time by your device's browser SpeechRecognition engine.
- GoodAV stores zero audio cookies and records zero voice audio files. Only the resulting text snippet you choose to send is transmitted to the assistant.
4. How You Can Control and Manage Cookies
You have complete control over cookies and storage mechanisms:
- Direct in-app reset: Clicking the "Start fresh consultation" button in the GoodAV AI Assistant immediately clears your session history and provisional booking draft.
- Browser Settings: You can restrict, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: `Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data`
- Apple Safari: `Preferences > Privacy > Block all cookies`
- Mozilla Firefox: `Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data`

Note: Disabling `sessionStorage` may cause the AI Concierge to reset your message history if you refresh or switch tabs during an active planning session.
